After hearing the learned Counsel for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No.I-106 of 2017 dated 23.03.2017 registered with Bhayander Police Station, Thane (now culminated into Special Case No.116/2017) does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
