In this Revision what is under challenge is an order allowing the application made under Section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 holding that the Court has no jurisdiction to try and entertain the suit. Now that Section 9A is no more on the statute book, the Civil Revision Application can not be entertained. The same is disposed of leaving other remedies open to the applicant to challenge the impugned order.

In view of the disposal of the Civil Revision Application, nothing survives for consideration in the Civil Application. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
