By this application, the applicant/revision petitioner is praying for condonation of delay of 49 days in filing Civil Revision Application. From the averments made in the Civil Application, it can be seen that the delay has been approximately explained. Thus, in the interest of justice, delay is condoned. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). No costs. 4.
