The above Contempt Petition is filed by the Petitioner alleging that the Respondents have not complied with the order dated 18th January, 2021 passed by this Court, directing the Respondents to prepare the inter-se seniority list of the teachers of secondary schools. However, the Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the said seniority list of the teachers is subsequently prepared by the Respondents, but the Petitioner has certain grievances qua the said list. Therefore, admittedly the contempt is purged. In the event of the Petitioner having any grievance qua the seniority list, he may invoke the remedy available to him in law. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of.
