1] In two Appeals, the Appellants were protected from arrest by order dated 25.07.2022 and they were directed to report to the Investigating Officer on the given dates and thereafter as and when called for, as a condition of their release. Undisputedly, the said order continued till date.

(17)Appeal-716-2022.doc 2] The learned APP has invited my attention to a communication received by him on 24.04.2023 from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Division II Solapur City, wherein, it is informed that, as regards Appellant Jayshree Nalawade is concerned, charge-sheet has been filed in the Court of Special Judge, Solapur on 15.09.2022. It is specifically mentioned that since the investigation is complete, custodial interrogation of the Appellant is not necessary. As far as Appellant Vitthal Londhe is concerned, it is informed that since no sufficient material revealed against him reflecting upon his participation in the subject CR in the charge-sheet, no charge-sheet has been filed against him.

The communication forwarded to the learned APP is taken on record and marked as x-for identification.
