Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners on instructions states that as of today, the Petitioners have no grievance against the First to Third Respondents. He states that the Petitioners will have to file appropriate proceedings for seeking relief against the Fourth and Fifth Respondents who are the private parties. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings against the Fourth and Fifth Respondents.

Accordingly, we dispose of the Petition as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioners to adopt appropriate proceedings against the Fourth and Fifth Respondents, if necessary. All contentions on merits are kept open.

Civil Application No.2171 of 2015 does not survive and the same is disposed of.
