DATE : 18th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C. :
1.
After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, which is the second bail application by the same applicant before this Court, learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. He states that the trial has Digitally signed by MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date:
2022.10.21 10:59:49 +0530 commenced and four witness are already examined. MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Nesarikar
2 / 2 05-BA-2198-22.odt 2.
Considering this fact, the application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, since the trial has already commenced and four witnesses are already examined, learned trial Judge is expected to complete the trial expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from today. 3.
With these observations, the application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
