The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners on instructions seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to adopt appropriate remedy to challenge the certificate issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to adopt the said remedy. Needless to state the concerned authority would decide the said proceedings on their own merits and in accordance with law.
