I am inclined to dispose of the present writ petition, though called out from final hearing board, as it has become infructuous even as per the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner as the same was pertaining to the election of committee of a society of the year 2007. The election must have been over and so also the term.

Therefore, by keeping all points open, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty. Rule is discharged accordingly. No costs.
