K. TATED, J.
DATE : NOVEMBER 15, 2016 P.C.:
Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
By this Contempt Petition petitioner allege that the respondent nos.1 to 3 failed and neglected to comply the order dated 8.6.2015 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.1015 of 2015.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this court by order dated 8.6.2015 dismissed respondent nos.1 to 3's Approval Application No.NTB-10 of 2004. He submits that in view of dismissal of Approval Application it is the duty of respondent nos.1 to 3 to re-employ the Mohite 1/2
1 cp271-16 petitioner. In support of this contention, he relies on the judgment of the Apex Court in the matter of Jaipur Zilla Sahakari Bhoomi Vikas Bank Ltd.
vs. Shri Ram Gopal Sharma and Ors., 2002(1) CLR 789.
Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
It is to be noted that this court by order dated 8.6.2015 dismissed respondent nos.1 to 3's Approval Application No.NTB-10 of 2004. This court has not directed respondent nos.1 to 3 either to re-employ or pay back wages to the petitioner. Considering these facts, I do not find any reason to entertain the present Contempt Petition. Hence, Contempt Petition stands rejected.
