We have gone through the averments at para 13 of of the petition which reads as under:
"The Petitioners submitted an application in pursuant to the said advertisement. The Petitioners' application for recognition is rejected only on the ground that they do not possess one acre land. The Petitioner craves leave to refer the same as and when required."
However, we note that neither the rejection of the application for recognition is placed on record nor challenged in the prayer clause.

Under these circumstances, we permit the writ petitioners to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file fresh writ petition with proper averments, documents and prayers. All contentions are kept open.

The writ petitions are disposed of reserving liberty as stated above.
