Counsel for the non-applicant in response to the Court' s query makes a statement that the non-applicant shall be depositing an amount of Rs.10,000/- in the pending proceedings being Petition No.88 of 2021 pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi within a period of four weeks from today. 2.

As such, following arrangement is ordered :- a) On each date, when applicant attends the said proceedings physically, she shall be entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,000/- towards travel and out of pocket expenses.

b) It shall be the duty of the non-applicant to maintain the deposit of Rs.10,000/- till final disposal of the said proceedings.
