By this petition, the Petitioner is seeking quashment of the first information report (FIR) bearing Crime No. 110 of 2022 registered with Kadegaon Police Station, Sangli and the proceedings arising therefrom, namely, RCC No. 115 of 2020 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kadegaon, Sangli.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the matter proceeded further resulting in filing of charge-sheet and conduct of trial. He further submitted that as per the instructions received by him, the Petitioner is acquitted by the trial Court and as such nothing survives in this petition. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner accordingly sought leave to withdraw the petition.
