At the outset, learned APP on instructions submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, police have submitted chargesheet in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel, Navi Mumbai on 18th April, 2023 and the same has been numbered as R.C.C. No. 310 of 2022.

In view thereof, present Petition for quashing C.R. No.19 of 2021 registered with Khandeshwar Police Station, Navi Mumbai, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.

Petitioners are granted liberty to file an Application for discharge if so advised and as may be permissible under the provisions of law, before the trial Court.
