Learned Counsel for the parties state that dispute involved in Second Appeal is settled between the Appellant and Respondent Nos.1 and 2. The Consent Terms are signed by the Appellant - Akhilesh Kumar Singh, Mr.Vijay Bahadur Singh - Principal of St.Ulai Hindi High School (Primary Section) Lokmanyanagar, Thane and Smt.Kiran S. Mishra, Secretary of Respondent No.2 - Shri Adishakti Hindi Prachar Samiti. The Appellant as well said Vijay Bahadur Singh and Smt.Kiran S. Mishra are present in the Court. All of them state that they have read and understood the Consent Terms and the signatures on the Consent Terms are their signatures. The respective Advocates have identified the respective parties present in Court.

Both learned Counsel state that during the course of day photocopies of identity proof of all these parties will be submitted to the Court. 4.

The Consent Terms dated 5/11/2021 are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of above, Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms dated 5/11/2021. No order as to costs. 6.
