This Application was on board dated 7th March, 2024. None appeared for the Applicant on that day. This Court recorded that the interim relief was granted by order dated 6th September 2021 was only till 4th October, 2021. As on today there is no interim order in force. Today also none appears.

Learned APP informs that, the accused is absconding. The police filed a report under Section 299 of the Cr.P.C. as the accused is absconding.
