This petitions were listed for hearing on 27.07.2022. Considering the submissions of both sides, the Sessions Court was directed to decide the revision application preferred by respondent Nos. 3 to 7 on the next date of hearing within a period of one week from the date of receipt

Order dated 27.07.2022 was not uploaded hence, the petitions were listed today for directions. None appears for respondents.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that revision application has been preferred by respondent Nos. 3 to 7 challenging issuance of non bailable warrant and the Sessions Court has granted stay to the execution of warrant. Except in Revision Application which is subject matter of Criminal Writ Petition No. 2536 of 2022. The interim relief was extended from time to time. The trial Court was under the belief that the entire proceedings before the trial Court are stayed and hence, matter did not proceed before the trial Court.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the Sessions Court is directed to decide the revision application preferred by respondent Nos. 3 to 7 which are now due for hearing on 23.08.2022 on the said date or within a period of one week thereafter.

Writ Petitions stand disposed of.
