P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No. 261 of 2016 registered with Nehru Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, now culminated in POCSO Special Case No. 71 of 2017, pending on the file of the Designated Judge (under POCSO Act), Greater Bombay does not conclude within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
