The Applicant, apprehending his arrest, in connection with the investigation of Crime No. 128 of 2021 registered with Baramati Police Station, Dist. Pune under Section 420, 409, 468, 120-B of IPC, is seeking anticipatory bail.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused record.

The aforesaid crime is registered on the basis of the complaint dated 14.02.2021 lodged by Sandip Ketkar. Sneha Chavan page 1 of 3

The record discloses that by a detailed order dated 14.09.2021, this Court has granted interim protection to the Applicant. The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and has cooperated in the matter of investigation. 5.

The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present before the Court states that the Applicant may be directed to join the investigation and subject to this appropriate order may be passed.

In such circumstances, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) In the event of his arrest, in connection with the investigation of Crime No. 128 of 2021 registered with Baramati Police Station, Dist. Pune, the Applicant Laxman Pandharinath Bhosale shall be released on bail on executing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

ii) The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on 30.03.2022 and 31.03.2022 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and as and when required by the Investigating Officer and thereafter, once in every month till filing of the chargesheet on the first Monday of each month.

iii) The Applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence/witnesses.

iv) In the event of breach of any of the conditions, the interim protection is liable to be vacated.

v) The criminal application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
