DATED : 22nd JULY, 2022 P.C:- The limited role ascribed to the present applicant in C.R.No. 079/2022 registered with CBD Belapur police station, deserve her a protection.

On 28/5/2022, a Police Constable lodged a report informing about the accused persons creating a ruckus when they were on patrolling duty and the allegations lead to use of criminal force to deter the public servants from discharging their duty. It is reported that, at the time when the bar was to be closed, one person was arguing with the police personnel and the reason was that the girl accompanying him was dashed by someone. When the complainant went to intervene, it is alleged that one girl held

2/3 902 ABA 1979-22.doc him by his collar and created obstacle in discharging of his duty. Another girl Jyotsna i.e. the applicant is alleged to have a tiff with API Padhar and API Jagtap, and she is alleged to have abused, and her blow caused an abrasion on his left finger. A specific role is also attributed to Adhya i.e. the girl who was accompanying the man.

The C.R. invoke Section 353, 332, 504, 506 r/w Section 34 IPC.

In the wake of the role attributed to the applicant clearly surfacing on record and considering the punishment prescribed for the said offence, being imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years, or with fine or both, the applicant deserve her release on bail. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) In the event of her arrest, the Applicant - Jyotsna Shashikant Pawar in connection of C.R.No.079/2022 registered with CBD Belapur police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him

3/3 902 ABA 1979-22.doc from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall attend the police station on 27th and 28th July 2022 between 10.00 am to 12 noon and thereafter as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
