The Petition is filed for following reliefs : "a. Rule be issued;
b. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the concerned Authorities to register F.I.R. and investigate against Respondent Nos.3 to 6.
c. This Hon'ble Court by passing appropriate Writ, Order, Direction be pleased to transfer the investigation being C.R. No.403/2014 dated 19.8.2014 registered at Mulund Police Station to Megha 1/2
Megha 14_wp_2936_2015.doc EOW, Mumbai or any other independent investigation agency."
3.
As far as the relief claimed in prayer clause (c) regarding transfer of investigation is concerned, we are not inclined to grant the same at the instance of the Petitioners, who are neither the victims nor the first informant. As far as the relief claimed in prayer clause (b) is concerned, the grievance of the Petitioners is that the Respondent Nos.3 to 6 had floated investment scheme and deceived several persons. The C.R. No.403 of 2014 is already registered at the Mulund Police station at the instance of Mrs. Maina Upare. Statements of the Petitioner No.1 and other victims have been recorded by the Investigating Officer in C.R. No.403 of 2013. The other Petitioners as well as the victims are always at liberty to approach the Investigating Officer with a request to record their statements under section 161 of Cr.P.C.
4.
Subject to above, the Petition is dismissed.
