Both the advocates point out that considering the valuation of the appeal proceedings, the same is required to be transferred to the District Court, Pune for hearing. In that circumstance, the office is directed to take the necessary steps for transfer of the proceedings to the District Court, Pune. In view of the proposed transfer of the First Appeal, Mr. Kulkarni seeks to withdraw the Civil Application with liberty to take out fresh application before the District Court, Pune.
