Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:

"(a) The Applicants be permitted to delete the names of Applicant Nos.1(a), 1(d) to 1(f), 2(a) and 2(d) from the array of the Appellants in the First Appeal."

b) The Applicant to carry out appropriate amendment within 4 weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
