She tenders a copy of report dated 6th April, 2015 of DY.I.G (Prison), Western Division, Pune. The same is taken on record. In view of the statement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same. Leave as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
