The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh representation for allotment of land on account of acquisition of his land under the Resettlement Act.

Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If such a representation is made, it may be decided expeditiously and if possible, within a period of eight weeks. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
