This is an application for anticipatory bail filed by the aforesaid Applicant in apprehension of his arrest in Crime No.211 of 2015 registered with Sarkarwada Police Station, Nashik, for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsels for the Applicant, Intervener and the learned APP for the Respondent -State. Megha 1/2

The learned counsel for the Applicant and the Intervener submits that the dispute has been amicably resolved and the parties would be filing application/ petition for quashing before the appropriate Court. The Applicant has placed on record the consent terms filed before the City Civil Court, Nashik. Same are taken on record and marked 'x' for the identification. 4.

Considering the fact that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and also considering the fact that the dispute is of a civil nature, the Applicant is granted anticipatory bail till such time that the parties file an appropriate application. The Applicant is granted anticipatory bail on the following terms and conditions:- 5.

In the event of arrest of the Applicant, the Applicant is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nashik. 6.

The application stands disposed of.
