The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited the entire decretal amount alongwith interest accrued thereon on 6th November, 2017 pursuant to the judgment and award dated 23rd October, 2015 passed by the learned Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No. 1932 of 2008. He further submits that the execution proceedings are filed against the applicant.

In view of this submission, the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till the final disposal of the Appeal.

5. Civil Application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of.

6. The copy of the appeal memo is to be furnished to the registry within a period of one week.
