Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that he has no objection if the additional documents referred in both the civil applications along with subsequent orders dated 30th May, 2002 and 18th March, 2013 passed by the Additional Collector, Pune, and the learned Upper Commissioner, Pune are also brought on record. It is made clear that in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, both the parties can rely upon the orders 1/2

25-cas428-03c mentioned in the two civil applications as well as the aforesaid two additional orders at the time of hearing of the second appeal. Both the civil applications are accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. 2.

It is brought to my notice that the hearing of the second appeal is already expedited by this Court, but has not been placed on board for hearing and final disposal.
