Learned counsel state that on completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed in the subject C.R in which he is arraigned as an accused.

In the wake of the aforesaid development, the applicant is directed to approach the Sessions Court which would be in a position to appreciate the material available against him and compiled in the charge-sheet.
