The Petition is filed in this Court on 25th July, 2013 seeking a relief of quashing and setting aside a Government Notification dated 17th November, 2012.

From the date of its filing, the Petition has been repeatedly appearing for admission. The petitioner and the Advocate were absent on 3rd March, 2017 and 27th September, 2017. 3.

The matter was stood over beyond vacation. Thus, from February 2017 there is a continued absence on the part of the
