The request of the Petitioner for grant of parole leave was rejected by the Superintendent Nashik Road Central Prison as per his letter dated 9th July, 2021. That is why the Petitioner has approached this Court.

It is communicated to learned APP by Superintendent Nashik Central Prison as per the letter dated 21st April, 2022.

In view of that, there is no question of granting parole leave. Hence the appeal has become infructuous and hence disposed of. 5.
