The learned Counsel for the Applicant on instructions submits that the Applicant came to be arrested and he was arrested even when there was an order of anticipatory bail. There is liberty to the Applicant to take appropriate steps if arrest was made after informing the order of anticipatory bail. In the present matter the said submission cannot be considered. There will be liberty to the Applicant to file appropriate proceeding.
