This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 20 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the Award dated 31st October, 2013 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Application No.2696 of 2006. 4.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing Civil Application. Hence, following Order.

a) Delay of 20 days in filing in First Appeal is condoned. b) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. JUDGE 1/1
