In view thereof, Petition for heabus corpus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable. 1/2

3) In view of disposal of Writ Petition itself, Interim Application Nos.2379 of 2022 and 3757 of 2022 do not survive and are also disposed off.
