The Application is taken out for bringing legal heirs of Respondent No. 1 on record, on his death on 19.07.2020. A copy of the death certificate of Shri. Shivaji Dharu Gavari, Respondent No. 1 is placed on record.

Noting that there is no delay in filing the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendments to be carried out within one week from today. On the amendment being effected, issue notice to the newly added Respondents Nos. 1(a) to 1(d), returnable on 17.01.2022.

It is made clear that if the Counsel appearing for the original Respondent No. 1 is ready to accept notice on behalf of the newly added Respondents Nos. 1(a) to 1(d), notice can be served upon the learned Counsel.
