As against the impugned order dated 18-11-2009, the petitioner has a remedy of instituting a Second Revision Application in terms of the decision of the full Bench of this Court, which decision has been confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.1 Accordingly, there is no necessity to entertain the present Writ Petition, which in any case, relates to certain entries in revenue records. The petition is therefore, dismissed on the grounds of availability of alternate remedy. In case the petitioner institutes the Revision Petition within one month from 1 2016 (1) Bom. C.R. 264 N.S. 904-wp-6697-2010 today, the Revisional Authority to take into consideration the period spend by the petitioner in this Court for the purposes of deciding whether or not the delay in the institution of the Revision Petition should be condoned.
