The above Civil Application has been filed seeking the relief of condonation of delay in depositing the amount of Rs.25,00,000/- as per the order dated 05.11.2012. Further relief that is sought is that the Respondents be directed to return the cheque bearing No.000946 dated 17.08.2016 for the amount of Rs.45,84,890/-. It is not necessary to go into the reasons as to why the cheque for the said amount of Rs.45,84,890 was required to be furnished by the Petitioner in the light of BGP.

the fact that the Petitioner has now deposited a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- in this Court. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d). The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
