DATED : 20TH FEBRUARY, 2015 P.C. :- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners state that an order has been passed by the fourth respondent and the caste claim of the petitioners has been decided. Thus, there is a substantial compliance with the order passed by this Court. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the order of the fourth respondent, the petitioners can always challenge the same in accordance with law. However, it is not necessary to initiate contempt proceedings under the Contempt of Court Act, 1971. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
