Parties hereto got married on 1st December 2019. Out of matrimonial discord, respondent/husband has initiated proceedings being HMP No.88 of 2021 on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Rahata, District Ahmednagar of which transfer is sought to Family Court, Pune on the ground of hardship.

The proceedings initiated by the non-applicant/husband for declaring the marriage null and void. It is informed that the applicant is not getting any maintenance from the non-applicant and as such, she is made to suffer, if she is made to travel to Rahata where the proceedings are pending. That being so, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
