The Petitioner in this Petition claimed relief for a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondents Nos. 1 and 2 to approve appointment of the Petitioner to the post of Part Time Shikshan Sevak for the year 2005-2006.

In the Affidavit filed by Mr. Popat Dagadu Bhandare for Respondents Nos. 1 and 2, it is stated that approval is accorded by the High Power Committee to the Petitioner as a Full Time Shikshan 1/2
