The learned counsel for the applicants states that the notice, which has been issued on 13/05/2022, is under Section 41(1)(a) of Cr.P.C. The learned A.P.P. clarifes that the Investigating Offcer has intended to issue a notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. A statement is made by the Investigating Offcer that he shall issue a notice under Section 41A to the applicants within a period of one week from today. Upon receipt of such notice, the applicants shall report to the Investigating Offcer within a period of one week. The Investigating Offcer shall adhere to the procedure prescribed under Section 41A and shall record the reasons in writing, if he is desirous of effecting the arrest. Before effecting arrest, he shall give 72 hours notice to the applicants. 2.

With the aforesaid direction, the applications stand disposed off.
