Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner on written instructions seeks to withdraw the present Petition as Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) has granted requisite permission as prayed for. The said written instruction/letter dated 19 June 2015 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In similar matter bearing Writ Petition No.6276 of 2013, we have already permitted the Petitioner therein to withdraw the said Petition.
