Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for respondent-Union of India. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that if hearing of the appeal is expedited, he does not wish to press the application for bail at this stage.
The applicant has been in custody since November 2009. Looking to this fact and the other facts and circumstances
of this case, hearing of the appeal is expedited. The appeal be placed on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 30th November 2015.
