These applications are filed for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased Respondent No.1 Maruti Balya Thakur who died on 24th April, 2016. All Civil Applications are filed within limitation.

Considering this fact and averments made in all Civil Applications, Applicant has made out the case for allowing this application. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(A) Applicant is permitted to carry out amendment in Writ Petition No. 6705 of 2015, Writ Petition No. 6707 of 2015, Writ Petition No. 6708 of 2015, Writ Petition No. 6709 of 2015 and Writ Petition No. 6834 of 2015 by bringing the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 on record within four weeks from today, failing which, all Civil Applications shall stand dismissed without reference back to the Court.

(B) If the amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated above, office is directed to issue notice to the legal heirs of

Yadav VG 3 10.caw.2502.16.odt. deceased Respondent no.1 in Writ Petition No. 6705 of 2015, Writ Petition No. 6707 of 2015, Writ Petition No. 6708 of 2015, Writ Petition No. 6709 of 2015 and Writ Petition No. 6834 of 2015, returnable 8 weeks thereafter.

(C) In addition to usual mode of service, Applicant is permitted to serve the legal heirs of Respondent No.1 by private notice along with copy of Writ Petition either by Registered Post A.D. and/or by hand delivery and file Affidavit of Service to that effect.

(D) All Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.
