By this civil application, the applicant is seeking direction to the Registry of this court, to correct the status of the matter on the Website as 'pending for admission'. 3.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that on the Website of this Court, status of the matter is shown as dismissed that is not correct. The first appeal is pending for admission. Hence, he preferred present civil application. 4.

After some argument, counsel for applicants submit that, applicant may be allowed to be withdrawn present Chitra Sonawane 1

application. He has given in writing to that effect. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3.

Hence, the following order.

a) Miscelleneous Civil application is dismissed as withdrawn.
