These two civil applications seek amendment of the writ petition by introducing a challenge to the demand notices issued in pursuance of the impugned order and making suitable amendments in the body of the petition for the purpose. The civil applications are allowed. Amendments to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Amended copy be served on the Respondents. The petition to come up for admission on 8 August 2016. In the meantime, till the next date, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioner in pursuance of the impugned order as well as the impugned demand notices, which are now challenged by way of the present amendment.
