The Applicants apprehend their arrest in Crime No.113 of 2023 registered with Vinoba Bhave Nagar Police Station, Mumbaifor the offences punishable under Sections 326, 354 and 504 r/w 34 of the IPC.

Heard Ms Shabnam Latiwala, learned counsel for the Applicants and Mr. S.H. Yadav, learned APP for the Respondent -State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties. Megha 1/2

By order dated 10/07/2023 this Court had for the reasons recorded in the said order granted interim bail to the Applicants. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicants have reported to the Investigating Officer and that they have been interrogated. Learned APP, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court states that the presence of the Applicants is not required for custodial interrogation. 4.

In the light of the said statement and in view of the detailed reasons recorded in order dated 10/07/2023, interim bail stands confirmed.

The Applicants to report to the Investigating Officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation.

The application stands disposed of.
