The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that "C" Summary report has been submitted by the Investigating Officer in respect of the subject crime i.e. C. R. No. II 30 of 2014 registered with Anti Corruption Bureau, Thane. The counsel submits that petitioner had filed a protest petition which is under consideration of the learned Magistrate. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, we direct the concerned Magistrate to decide the protest petition as early as possible on its own merits.
