This Court as per the order dated 2nd September, 2020 was pleased to grant bail to the Applicant for Rs. 30,000/- with one or more sureties. Admittedly, for three months he was permitted to furnish cash bail. He has furnished cash bail and he is out of jail.

Though not within a period of three months, but subsequently he applied extension of period as now it has expired he is unable to furnish bail. He is ready to furnish Sharada 1/2

12-IA-1536-2020.doc bail within the period of four weeks from today. So let Applicant be granted four weeks time to furnish bail from today before the trial Court.
