Perused the record of the case.

By the impugned order dated 04.08.2021, Respondent No.1 has rejected the revision filed by the Petitioner and confirmed the order dated 10.08.2020 passed by Respondent No.5 - Deputy Director of Land Records, Pune. Admittedly, the order dated 10.08.2020 passed by Respondent No.5 - Deputy Director of Land Records, Pune in Revision Proceedings No.5033 of 2020 is an interlocutory order of stay. Considering that the substantive proceedings being Revision

22.wp.8241.21.doc No.5033 of 2020 is pending before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Pune, it would be worthwhile to direct the said authority i.e. Respondent No.5 in the present Petition to dispose of the revision proceedings within a period of eight weeks from today. Respondent No.5 is thus directed to dispose of Revision No.5033 of 2020 within 8 weeks from today. All contentions of both parties are expressly kept open.

With the above directions, Writ Petition is disposed. 5.

In the event if the parties are aggrieved and desire to seek any stay, they are at liberty to make an appropriate Application before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Pune and the same shall be considered on its own merits.
